Leads. Processes. Sales tracking.

Somewhere in your business, one of them is slipping.

In your head, or in a binder nobody opens.

Step away for a week and see what falls.

We map it. We fix it. We stay until it sticks.

Nothing falls through.

Scale Lattice builds and repairs the structure under your business. Processes people follow. Leads nobody loses. Sales tracking and commission math everyone trusts. AI only where the process is already solid.

What we fix

Three things fall through the cracks in a growing business.

We were slow to respond.

Leads

Most businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem. We set up lead tracking your reps will actually keep, because it gives them something back: next step, deal status, and their own numbers.

We have a process. Nobody follows it.

Processes

Nothing written yet? We map it with the people who do the work. Written and ignored? We find out why, fix it, and build it into the tools you already use. Either way you end up with steps people actually follow, and onboarding that takes days, not weeks.

A spreadsheet nobody trusts.

Sales tracking

Close rates, pipeline, and commission math everyone can see, in real time, with the rules written down once. No guessing at the numbers, no shadow spreadsheets, no arguments on payday.

The lattice

Press and hold. Watch what gets caught.

  • Caught: the lead.
  • Caught: the next step.
  • Caught: the paycheck.

That is the whole job. Build the structure, then let go.

Hold

How it works

Three steps. You do the first one.

01

Walk through

Thirty minutes. Bring one process, new or one that is not working. We walk through it together, find where it leaks, and you leave with a plan to fix it. Free, and you keep it either way.

02

Build or repair

We build the process or fix the one you have, wire it into the software you already pay for, and set up the tracking. Two to four weeks for most pieces. Fixed price, quoted before we start.

03

Install

We train your team, watch it run for real, and adjust what does not stick. We are not done when the plan is done. We are done when your team runs it without you.

AI

AI on top of chaos gives you confident wrong answers at 2am. In writing.

We have seen it: a chatbot that repeated three different staff answers to customers, because nobody had written down the real rule. So we put the process first. Then we add AI to the parts that are already solid: call summaries, follow-up drafts, the weekly report, the onboarding walkthrough. Nothing that touches money or a customer runs unwatched.

Deliverables

What you get.

Fixed price per piece, quoted at the end of the walkthrough. Start with one process. Nothing else is required.

  • Your processes, new or repaired, living in the tool your team already opens every day.
  • A lead pipeline with owners, next steps, and follow-up dates that fire.
  • Sales tracking with close rates you can see, and commission math with the rules written once.
  • AI set up only where the process is already solid, with a human on anything that touches money.
  • Ninety days of us checking that it still runs after we leave.

Sound familiar?

Turns out I am the process for about half the things that happen in my shop.
Owner, metal fabrication shop
We weren't losing leads because of our prices or quality. We were losing them because we were slow to respond.
Owner, roofing company
Updating the CRM is just a pain in the butt, and it doesn't always get done.
Sales manager, distribution
I don't know how, and there is nobody to teach me.

Questions

The things owners ask first.

Will you just tell me what I already know?

No. We do not sell advice. We build the thing, put it in your tools, and train your team on it. The walkthrough proves it: you leave the first call knowing exactly where one process leaks and how we would fix it.

We already have processes. They just do not get followed.

That is the most common case. We review what you have with the people who are supposed to use it, find out why it gets skipped, and adjust it until it fits how the work actually happens. Sometimes that means rewriting it. More often it means simplifying it and building it into the tool they already use.

We are five people. Does this work at our size?

Five people is the size where the owner is still the system. That is exactly the shape we build for. If you are one person with a helper, it still works, it is just smaller.

What happens when you leave?

We check in for ninety days after install. If something stopped being used, we find out why and fix it. The measure of the job is whether the process is still running without you.

I do not have time to build systems.

You do not build them. You answer questions for about an hour a week while we build or repair. Most owners spend more than that repeating themselves.

What does it cost?

A fixed price per piece, quoted at the end of the walkthrough, before anything starts. No hourly meter, no long contract. The walkthrough itself is free.

Do I need AI?

Probably not yet, and we will say so. AI on a broken process makes the mess faster. We add it only after the process is written and working, and only where it clearly saves hours.

The walkthrough

Bring one process. New, or one that is not working.

Thirty minutes. We walk through it together and find where it leaks. You leave with the fix, whether or not we work together.

No hourly meter. No long contract. No pitch deck.

Got it.

You will hear back within one business day with times.
